This is written for Linux, but most things apply to windows as well.
Switch to your preferred source code directory (e.g. ~/abc) and
execute the line:
git clone https://github.com/jantolenaar/kiezellisp.git
Make a copy of ~/abc/kiezellisp/src/kiezellisp-lib/kiezellisp-init-sample.k
to ~/.config/kiezellisp/kiezellisp-init.k.
Customize the contents of the copy.
The solution file kiezellisp.sln contains projects to build Kiezellisp
for .NET Core. The solution files are compatible with Visual Studio, Monodevelop and VSCode.
Open the solution file ~/abc/kiezellisp/src/kiezellisp.sln and build
the solution.
The project kiezellisp-con creates an executable kiezellisp. The program is designed
to run in a terminal, has a REPL and allows the use of winforms, gtk# or another
graphical framework that has a .NET binding.
For Windows only: the folder kiezellisp-gui contains the source files to create a
program without a console window and thus without a REPL.
One of the following methods may be convenient to you:
Copy the executable to your bin folder.
Make a symbolic link from bin folder to the executable.
Make an executable script.
Start Kiezellisp by running your script: kiezellisp
You will be greeted by Kiezellisp's Read-Eval-Print-Loop:
Kiezellisp 5.0.7416 (.NET Core Release Build 2020-04-21)
